HEARSAY

Curation

Hearsay shares fire-side tales of the ghostly Alkimos wreck, big cat sightings dare-devil feats of the Birdman Rally, UFOs, to the adventures of Moondyne Joe. Set to the backdrop of the shipwreck coast and the Gnangara pine, and drawn from the rich history of the Wanneroo and surrounding region, the exhibition blurs the line between fact and fiction.

Lean in and listen closely. Hearsay encourages visitors to discover, wonder and delight in these quirky tales, featuring artworks, theatrical performances and highlights from the City of Wanneroo collections. An exhibition that will cause you to turn to the person next to you and say “Well I heard…”
