Arts Organisations

Select examples of the arts organisations I have worked for over the past 25 years, as a curator, gallery manager, collection manager or academic.

Past roles include Gallery Curator of the City of Wanneroo Gallery; Exhibition Coordinator and Acting Director at the John Curtin Gallery, Curtin University; Curator of the City of Joondalup‘s contemporary art collection; Coordinator of Art, Cultural and Local Heritage Collections at the City of Perth; Manager and Project Officer of SymbioticA, The Centre of Excellence in Biological Arts; Producer/ Youth Officer/ Gallery Manager of IASKA (International Art Space Kellerberrin Australia, now spaced); Project Manager/ Administrator of the Biennale of Electronic Arts, Perth 2004 (BEAP), Gallery Manager of Goddard de Fiddes Gallery, Digital Media Lecturer at the Department of Art, Curtin University, and Design Lecturer at Edith Cowan University. I have run my own design business since 1999, specialising in brand development, print materials and web sites for artists and arts organisations.

I have sat on various selection and industry peer panels including Australia Council for the Arts New Media Arts Board (2005/2006) and the Department of Culture and the Arts (2010/2012). I have received individual professional arts grants including the Australia Council for the Arts – Inter-Arts Runway Program, New Media Arts and EPIC (Emerging Producers in Communities) program; and a Gordon Darling Travel Grant.
